The care and attention to detail during the harvesting and drying of coffee beans at our farm ensure the delivery of high-quality coffee to our customers.
Coffee cherries are handpicked only when they are fully ripe, ensuring their full flavor and richness. The beans are then processed quickly within 8 hours of harvesting to maintain their freshness. Drying is done in the shade using multiple layers and is turned every 48 hours to ensure even drying and prevent any defects.
Each drying bed is monitored by a trained individual who carefully sorts out any defective beans. At every step of the process, we prioritize quality over quantity to ensure our customers receive the best possible coffee.
