1. Orders are delivered to shipping companies within three business days by Swaj Roastery.
2. The specified shipping time is approximate and may extend to a longer period, up to 15 business days after shipping.
3. Failure of the customer to contact Swaj Roastery within three business days in case the shipment is not received during the specified days will be considered a waiver of their right to compensation for the order.
4. Orders are delivered both within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to the duration determined by the shipping company chosen by the customer.
5. Swaj Roastery is not responsible for any damage resulting from the shipping process.
6. Any delay in the delivery date of the shipment due to the transport company is beyond the responsibility of Swaj Roastery.
7. The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order if it is returned to Swaj Roastery by the shipping company due to:
- The customer's non-response to the shipping company or repeated postponement.
- An error in the data provided in the shipping policy by the customer before completing the order.
