Return and Exchange Policy

In case of missing items in an order:

The missing items will be sent by Swaj Roastery after the customer provides proof of the shortage. The customer must notify the store through technical support within three business days of receiving the order.


In case of excess items in an order:

The customer should contact the store's technical support. The technical support will send a return shipping label to the customer, who must then deliver it to the shipping company specified by the store. The store bears the full cost of the return.


In case of product exchange or return:

Products can be exchanged or returned within 3 days of the customer receiving the product, provided that:

1. The product is in its original condition.

2. The customer bears the cost of returning the product.

3. Coffee crops or food products cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase unless the product received is different from the one on the invoice.


In case of receiving the wrong or a different product:

Swaj Roastery will handle the product return process free of charge and deliver the correct product, provided that the product is in the same original condition as received by the customer without any damage or alteration.
