Order Processing and Execution Policy

Order Confirmation:

- The order is confirmed after reviewing to ensure data accuracy, and the customer is notified via email or a short message on the mobile phone.

- If the order is not confirmed for any reason, the customer is notified in writing via email, a short message on the mobile phone, or through a phone call from the store's technical support. No charge will be made for unconfirmed orders.


Order Execution:

- The order is processed by the operations team and takes two business days after confirmation.


Order Cancellation:

- The customer has the right to cancel the order unless it has been delivered to the shipping company, which can be done by contacting the store's technical support.

- The store reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason and will notify the customer via email or a short message on the mobile phone.


Shipping the Order:

- After order processing, it is shipped with our partners based on the address specified by the customer. The store is not involved in address determination, and it is entirely the customer's responsibility to specify and add the address.


Working Days:

- Sunday to Thursday

- 9 AM - 5 PM


- The store reserves the right to change the shipping company chosen by the customer if deemed appropriate.

- The shipping fee is as stated in the order invoice.

- The delivery duration is specified to the customer when choosing the shipping company.

- Orders are delivered within or before the specified period.

- Shipping companies have informed us of the possibility of order delays exceeding 15 days.
